We bake shelf stable baked goods and sell at local farmers markets, festivals, and artisan markets. Cottage bakers are passionate and creative bakers that contribute to our diverse and interesting local food landscape. We sell directly to our customers cultivating a personal shopping experience. Two Ovens is committed to sourcing as many ingredients locally as possible. We bake artisan sourdough and whole grain treats. Our bread is baked with organic flour, salt, and filtered water. We use freshly milled flour from small family owned farms in Wisconsin and the Midwest. Our whole grain treats are made with local eggs and organic ingredients. Sourdough Bread
We bake our bread in a hand crafted stone deck bread oven. Our bread is femented for 24-36 hours. We use organic grains, salt, and filtered water.
