What is a cottage bakery? Cottage bakers bake from home under the State of Wisconsin Cottage Food Guidelines. We bake shelf stable baked goods and sell at local farmers markets, festivals, and artisan markets. Cottage bakers are passionate and creative bakers that contribute to our diverse and interesting local food landscape. We sell directly to our customers cultivating a personal shopping experience. Two Ovens is committed to sourcing as many ingredients locally as possible. We bake sourdough bread, whole grain treats, and sourdough granola. Our bread is baked with WI grown whole grain flour, sea salt, and filtered water. We use freshly milled flour from small family owned farms in Wisconsin and the Midwest.
